Mostly Marketing Inc. ("Mostly Marketing," "we," "us") operates mostlymktg.com and provides AEO, AI SEO, and related marketing services. Contact us at /contact or (516) 405-2210.

We serve businesses in the United States and Canada. Anyone is welcome to read the site from anywhere, and the choices below apply to every visitor regardless of location.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone, company, website, and any details you submit through forms (contact, audit request, newsletter).
• Automatic information: IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and interaction events collected via cookies and analytics tools.
• Cookies: essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics, advertising measurement, live chat, and the reviews feed load only if you press Accept on the cookie notice. • Website analytics: retained according to the analytics provider's standard period, currently 14 months.

Your choices

• Request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@mostlymktg.com or using /contact. We verify the request and respond within 30 days.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message or the unsubscribe page.
• Decline non-essential cookies on the notice, or change your choice later from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
• California, EU, and UK residents have additional rights (access, portability, objection, restriction, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority). We honour verifiable requests through the same address above, and we do not charge for them.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and administrative safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted data.

Acceptable use and automated review

We do not allow submissions from websites that promote adult content, gambling, illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen data, malware, hacking services, spam or SEO manipulation, fake reviews, hate or extremist content, harassment, crypto or forex scams, get-rich-quick schemes, or other unlawful or high-risk activity.

When you submit a website for audit, our systems automatically review the requested URL, page content, and related signals to enforce this standard. We log the host, category, and verdict of flagged or blocked submissions so our team can review abuse trends. This processing is necessary to protect our infrastructure, comply with the law, and keep the service safe for legitimate businesses.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
