- Contact information — name, email address, and phone number when you submit a form, request a consultation, or book a call through Calendly.
- Business information — company name, industry, and website URL when provided through forms, chat, or the Instant Audit scan tool.
- Website scan data — when you submit a URL for an AI visibility scan, we retrieve and analyze publicly available content from that URL (HTML, metadata, schema markup, robots.txt, and sitemap). This data is used solely to generate your scan report and pre-populate booking notes. We do not store third-party website content beyond your session.
- AI conversation data — messages you exchange with SAMMI, our AI assistant, are transmitted to Anthropic (the provider of the underlying Claude AI model) for processing and response generation. Conversations are not stored permanently on our servers after your session ends, but are subject to Anthropic's data handling practices. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
- Session data (local storage) — SAMMI stores your name, email (if provided), conversation history, and scan results in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers except as part of form submissions or booking requests.
- Usage data — pages visited, time on site, browser type, and IP address via Google Analytics.
- Communication data — emails or messages you send us directly.
How We Use Your Information

Results reflect conditions at the time of scan and may change. Mostly Marketing Inc. makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated analysis.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@mostlymktg.com. We will respond within 30 days. To clear locally stored session data (SAMMI conversation history, scan results), you can clear your browser's local storage at any time.
